Weekly or Bi-Weekly Therapy Sessions

Ongoing psychotherapy sessions focused on both present-day challenges and the deeper patterns that shape them. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic insights. ACT is about learning to be open to what shows up inside you, while moving toward what truly matters—building a rich, full, and meaningful life, even in the presence of pain. Psychodynamic work helps us understand how your past experiences may be influencing your present. When relevant, we can also review progress with medications or other integrative treatments. Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly to provide consistent, personalized support.

Comprehensive Follow-Up Sessions

A 50-minute session focused on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and holistic or integrative interventions. We’ll review your symptoms, explore treatment options, and create a personalized plan to support your mental health and overall well-being. Some elements of therapy may be incorporated, though you may also be working with a separate therapist for more frequent visits.

Payment and Insurance

I intentionally maintain a small caseload to ensure each patient receives highly personalized, attentive care—free from the time pressures and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. This approach allows me to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment that truly centers your needs and goals.

As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made using a credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card.

If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I will provide a detailed superbill for you to submit to your insurer. Many patients receive 50–90% reimbursement, though this varies depending on your specific plan. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and you are responsible for the full cost of services.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your medical care. This estimate will be provided in writing before our first session and outlines anticipated charges so you can make informed decisions about your treatment.
