Ongoing Care

Payment and Insurance

I keep a small caseload so I can offer attentive, personalized care without the time limitations or administrative constraints of most insurance-based practices. This allows us to take the time we need, use a fully integrative approach, and center your goals at every step.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may qualify for partial reimbursement. I provide a detailed superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurer. Many patients receive 50–90% reimbursement, but this varies by plan, and coverage is not guaranteed. You are responsible for the full session fee regardless of reimbursement.

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate describing the expected cost of care. This will be provided before your first appointment so you can make informed decisions about treatment.

"Dr. Rosen doesn’t just focus on the medical side of things—she looks at the whole picture, from lifestyle to therapy and everything in between. It’s reassuring to have someone who can connect all the dots and help make sense of it all."
