Dr. Emily Rosen
Hi there, I’m Dr. Emily Rosen, and I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with a passion for empowering women to live fulfilling, purposeful lives. Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced the pressures of being a high achiever and the occasional perfectionist. Balancing a demanding career, an active social life, a search for meaning, and the journey of navigating decisions about motherhood have been a significant part of my own experience. I truly understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and disconnected from the life you envisioned, and that’s why I’m dedicated to supporting women in regaining control and clarity.
As a mother, wife, daughter, friend, and professional, I understand the complexities of juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. Having lived in several countries I also appreciate the unique challenges women face when navigating life in different cultural contexts. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned—often imperfectly—how to stay curious about my needs, reconnect with what matters, and navigate the messiness of life with a bit more compassion. I bring that same spirit into my work with patients: collaborating to explore what feels true for them and supporting them as they build lives aligned with their values, even in the midst of self-doubt or overwhelm.
I earned my medical degree at the University of Texas at Austin and completed my psychiatry residency at George Washington University, where I served as chief resident in charge of outpatient services. My education and training have equipped me with a deep understanding of the mind and mental health, but what truly fuels my work is helping women like you take meaningful steps forward to navigate life’s transitions with confidence. I believe in empowering you to thrive not just survive—reconnect with your strengths, find the balance you’re searching for, and create the life you deserve.
